Waiparuru Hall

This student accommodation tower was an award winning build by Dominion Constructors. Project Unite completed over 500 lineal metres of Balco Seismic expansion joints up the external facade from swinging stages on this challenging project.

The striking black plantroom roofing and cladding was later added to our scope and sits proudly at Level 15 overlooking the city.
