Waiparuru Hall
An award-winning student accommodation tower built by Dominion Constructors. We installed more than 500 lineal metres of Balco seismic expansion joints up the external façade from swing stages.
The black plant-room roofing and cladding was added to our scope later and sits at level 15, overlooking the city.
