Since 1984 we have installed metal roofs, façades and seismic expansion joints on New Zealand’s commercial buildings, from airport piers to award-winning transport hubs.

Auckland Airport Pier B extension
Roofing, cladding and seismic joints for Hawkins and Auckland Airport.
What we do
One contractor for the whole building envelope, with design help from early contractor engagement through to handover.
KingZip roofing
Site-rolled standing seam roofs that taper, curve and bend. We installed New Zealand’s first KingZip warm roof at Delegat winery, and the precurved, tapered roof at Manukau Bus Interchange.
Facades
Kingspan façade systems, aluminium wall panels, Dri-Design and hook-on cassettes, with in-house CAD detailing from design through to install.
Seismic expansion joints
Exterior and interior seismic joint systems, including fire-rated options, with design support. We supply and install MM Systems joints and have installed Balco systems on major projects.
Aluminium over-roofing
A lightweight new roof over a failing one, so the building keeps working underneath. Suits dry stores, factories, retail and supermarkets.
Roofing and cladding
Warm roofs, traditional profiles and complex architecture, led by Licensed Building Practitioners.
Architectural tinsmithing
Zinc, copper, aluminium and stainless steel formed by our master tinsmiths, from flat-seam fascias to bespoke details.
Flashing manufacture
Flashings folded in our own workshop, made to suit each project’s details.
